Delete your account

You can have your King Teen Patti account and everything attached to it deleted. You do not need the app installed to ask.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to support@sungamestudio.com with the subject Delete my account.
2. Tell us the display name you play under. It is shown at the top of the lobby and on your seat at the table.
3. If you signed in with Google, send the email from that Google account, or tell us the address. If you play as a guest, send it from the phone you play on so we can match the request.

We may reply to confirm it is really you before deleting. Once confirmed, deletion is done within 30 days, usually much sooner, and we email you when it is complete.

What is deleted

• Your display name and avatar choice.
• Your statistics: hands played, won and lost, biggest pot, lifetime winnings.
• Your chip balance. Chips have no monetary value and are not refunded.
• The hash of your device identifier.
• If you signed in with Google: your email address, profile picture and the Google account identifier. That Google account can then start fresh.

What is kept

Records of chip purchases are kept, with your identity removed, because tax and accounting law requires a record of transactions. Nothing in them can identify you after deletion.

Please note

• Deletion is permanent. The account cannot be recovered.
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, because the account lives on our server. You must ask us.
